Data Entry Specialist – Legal Team Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our friendly and professional team in the legal field.
In this role, you will be assigned individual cases, each with associated Word documents of about one to six. Your primary tasks will include inputting data into these Word documents based on the case details and ensuring accuracy and proper formatting. Once completed, the documents will be converted to PDF format and added to the case file.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on assigned cases by entering data into Word documents based on case-specific information.
• Ensure all documents are accurately formatted and error-free.
• Convert completed Word documents into PDF format while maintaining the integrity of the content.
• Review and proofread documents to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Handle sensitive case information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Prior data entry experience is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF conversion tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow specific instructions for each case and ensure data consistency.
