Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to manage critical aspects of our apartment business. You will use Zoho Assist to access our reception desk computer and ensure seamless operations across multiple platforms. The role focuses on optimizing occupancy, maintaining accurate guest records, and enhancing our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- OTA Management: Update rates, and calendars, mark no-shows, and create offers on platforms like
- Booking.com and Airbnb.
- Guest Communication: Monitor and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
- Platform Optimization: Maintain accurate, appealing listings on OTAs, Google, and the website.
- Data Entry: Record guest details in Excel and Bedbooking PMS for seamless check-ins.
- Marketing Support: Assist with promotional campaigns to increase visibility and bookings.
- Reporting: Regularly update occupancy, bookings, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience with OTA platforms and property management systems (e.g., Bedbooking PMS).
- Familiarity with Zoho Assist, Excel, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
= Excellent communication in English (Swahili is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and a proactive attitude.
