Join Our Team: PSD to Figma Conversion Specialist

We are a Norwegian startup with big ambitions and a clear vision. For the past two years, we’ve been developing a platform to enhance safety and improve the quality of fire prevention measures. This work aligns with legal requirements for systematic fire safety efforts across Europe, and we have clear growth plans: starting in Norway, expanding across Scandinavia, and eventually becoming a European company within two years.

As we prepare for launch, we’re looking for a dedicated designer or design team to help us with a key task. This opportunity is not just a one-off project—it’s the chance to be part of something much bigger.

The Opportunity

We currently need a specialist to:
1. Convert PSD Files to Figma:
• Approximately 40 PSD files need to be converted into well-structured, editable Figma files.
2. Translate Design Texts to English:
• Text within the designs should be translated into English.
• While perfection is not required, the translation should be clear enough for us to make any necessary adjustments.
3. Future Collaboration:
• This initial project will pave the way for a longer partnership. Future tasks include designing new pages in the same style as our current designs, such as a dashboard for an administrative panel featuring partner and customer management, affiliate tracking, and performance metrics.
