Facebook + Google Ads Manager

About the Role
You will manage multiple projects, focusing on Facebook Ads, client communication via Basecamp, and proofreading SEO blogs. The role requires attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM—5 PM (London time) (some flexibility is available after training). Hubstaff may be used for time tracking.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Facebook Ads Setup & Strategy – 45%
✅ Google Ads Setup & Optimization – 10%
✅ Client Communication & Coordination – 10%
✅ Graphic Design (Canva or similar) – 10%
✅ General Admin Tasks – 10%
✅ Reports, SEO Proofreading, Lead Gen – 15%
Essential Requirements
✔ Must be based in the Philippines
✔ Excellent written English for client communication & proofreading
✔ Facebook Ads & Google Ads experience (training available if needed)
✔ Proven experience with English-speaking employers/clients
✔ Organized, tech-savvy & reliable (fast computer & internet required)
✔ Willing to assist with admin & CEO tasks
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus) – Video Editing, Copywriting, Website Creation, Social Media, Lead Gen
