Job Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users facing challenges with our platform. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide clear solutions, and contribute to improving our support resources.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver prompt, high-quality support via email, chat, and other channels.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions.
3. Maintain and improve documentation and help centre materials.
4. Provide product feedback to the team for improvements.
6. Escalate complex issues when needed and contribute to a knowledge base.

Requirements:
1. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication.
3. Experience with SaaS, form builders, or similar platforms.
4. Patient, empathetic approach to customer service.
5. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
6. Self-motivated with good time management.
7. Experience in customer support or technical documentation is a plus.
